Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LoveBubu.Store purchase.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new condition with original packaging.

Blind Box Returns:

  • Unopened blind boxes are fully returnable within 7 days
  • Opened blind boxes can only be returned if defective or damaged

How to Return an Item

  1. Email admin@lovebubu.store within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original packaging
  5. Ship using a trackable method (we recommend USPS or UPS with tracking)

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exception: If the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for different products of equal or greater value. Follow the same return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact admin@lovebubu.store within 7 days with photos of the issue
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return label
  3. Choose a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement item

Authenticity Concerns

If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us immediately at admin@lovebubu.store. We will investigate and provide a full refund including return shipping costs if the item is confirmed to be non-authentic.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items not in new condition or missing original packaging
  • Opened blind boxes (unless defective)
